Job Description

A Business Analyst is integral to any dynamic organization seeking to improve efficiency, drive innovation, and optimize procedures and processes. As a Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders. Your role will involve engaging with business leaders to identify areas of improvement, analyze trends and patterns, and develop solutions that align with the objectives and strategy of the company. You will play a vital part in ensuring solutions meet business needs and are easy to adopt. Your insight and analysis will help guide major decisions and enhance the financial and operational performance of the organization, tailoring solutions to meet specific challenges and goals.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Analyze business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and document detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
  • Facilitate requirement gathering sessions with business and technical teams.
  • Conduct data analysis and report on trends for informed decision-making.
  • Translate business requirements into potential technical solutions.
  • Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
  • Create test plans to validate that business requirements are met.
  • Analyze the impact of proposed solutions across systems and projects.
  • Contribute to business process reengineering and optimization efforts.
  • Ensure that business solutions meet regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions over time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or a related role for two years.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
  • Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using data visualization tools and software applications.
