Job Description

As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in translating business needs into practical solutions by working closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Your primary focus will be to evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions. You will serve as a communicator between IT teams and business units to ensure all are aligned towards achieving strategic goals. The role requires analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to facilitate effective and efficient operations within the business. You will also be responsible for maintaining documentation throughout each phase, from requirements to implementation, ensuring a successful project outcome.


Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and requirements effectively.
  • Develop detailed project plans and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Analyze and document business processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with IT teams to implement solutions optimizing business processes.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to elicit business requirements and priorities.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications that can be understood by development teams.
  • Monitor project progress and track deliverables to ensure alignment with objectives.
  • Create comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders and management.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support business decision-making processes.
  • Assist in testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure successful implementation.
  • Maintain traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and organizational standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a similar industry or setting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential for stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau.
  • Demonstrable experience in project management and process improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
