The role of a Business Analyst is pivotal in shaping the success and efficiency of organizational operations. As a Business Analyst, you will serve as a bridge between business problems and technology solutions. Responsibilities

  • Ensure project deliverables are aligned with stakeholder expectations and standards.

  • Provide recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction and business efficiency.
  • Support training initiatives to improve technical skillsets across teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience working as a Business Analyst, preferably in similar industries.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in using analytical and project management software tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
