Job Description

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders. You'll be responsible for creating detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business. The Business Analyst will ensure that business needs and requirements are identified, documented, and translated into functional and technical specifications. You will be working closely with management, technology teams, and stakeholders to streamline and optimize workflows. Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes for efficiency and effectiveness in achieving objectives.
  • Create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather and document essential business requirements.
  • Develop project documentation including business requirements, processes, and updates.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop strategies for system enhancements and implementations.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for IT teams.
  • Identify and document opportunities for process improvements and system automation.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Conduct analyses to predict future outcomes and streamline business processes.
  • Communicate key insights and findings to executive teams and stakeholders regularly.
  • Test and validate that the solutions meet the business needs before implementation.
  • Develop training materials and assist with training for new system applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a related position.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using analytical tools to model and analyze business processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with project management and understanding of business software systems.
