Job Description

The Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in enterprises, acting as a bridge between business objectives and IT capabilities. This professional is tasked with understanding the business's needs, capturing operational challenges, and delivering data-driven recommendations to enhance performance. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to identify and document business processes, analyze data, and outline business strategies to align with company goals. Additionally, the role involves drawing insights from data trends and collaborating with IT teams to implement system solutions that support business functions. The ideal candidate is both analytical and communicative, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.


Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform business decisions and strategies.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders and IT teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Develop financial models to support decision-making and budgeting processes.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports supporting business case development and prioritization.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to business objectives and enhance overall performance.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to capture user requirements and business needs.
  • Create detailed documentation outlining business processes, requirements, and specifications.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and best practices.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues for resolution.
  • Support the development and roll-out of new workflows and system implementations.
  • Continuously research and maintain knowledge of industry trends and advancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in business analysis or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas to stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of successful project management and implementation.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and project management software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing independent responsibilities.
