As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders. You will be tasked with enabling companies to execute, implement, and achieve their business strategy successfully. Your ability to translate business needs into technical solutions will be instrumental in driving a company's performance while making strategic improvements that lead to successful project outcomes. You will gather information, analyze the requirements, and create data-driven strategies that improve the company’s workflow, processes, and decision-making capabilities. By collaborating with various departments, you will ensure projects are efficiently and timely executed, aligning with the organization's goals and values.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between business units and IT team, ensuring alignment.
• Develop comprehensive end-to-end analysis of business requirements and applications.
• Identify business objectives, evaluate trends and forecast changes for stakeholders.
• Create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
• Design functional and technical documents, integrating business needs with IT changes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders during the whole project cycle for comprehensive deliverables.
• Lead the planning and implementation of business process improvements and changes.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and resources, ensuring a successful delivery.
• Develop cost-benefit analyses and ROI evaluations for proposed solutions.
• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions to ensure systems support business objectives.
• Support and facilitate change management practices within the organization.
• Create user manuals and guidelines to support business operations efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Business Analyst or similar role essential.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis, requirement gathering, and problem-solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while dealing with complex business processes.
• Knowledge of business process modeling, improvement methodologies, and tools necessary.
• Experience using software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies preferred.
