Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain business analysis frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Coordinate with IT teams to ensure seamless implementation of business solutions.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Monitor and evaluate project performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to foster adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Prepare status reports and presentations to communicate project progress and outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive project success and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and software, such as Visio and Excel.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, processes, and systems integration.
  • Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and independently.
