The successful candidate brings expertise in analyzing data, understanding client business needs, and liaising between client teams and IT departments to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role demands excellent analytical skills, strong communication capabilities, and a keen understanding of business process improvement. Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business processes and workflows for efficiency improvements.
• Conduct detailed interviews with stakeholders to gather pertinent business requirements.
• Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
• Develop comprehensive project plans to guide the successful implementation of projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in business analysis or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in data analytics and business intelligence tools and methodologies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for interaction with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and project requirements.
• Demonstrated experience with project management methodologies and software solutions.
