Bus Driver CAT6 - DXB

Job Purpose

As a Bus Driver, you will deliver first-class customer experience safely and reliably whilst meeting and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. .

In This Role You Will

• Ensure full compliance with all assigned bussing routes across DXB, safely transporting passengers and employees to designated locations and airport terminals.
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and environmental policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
• Proactively identify, raise, and report any safety concerns to the relevant supervisor.
• Follow departmental policies, procedures, and work instructions at all times.
• Conduct pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is clean, roadworthy, and fit for purpose in accordance with operational standards.
• Liaise daily with the Supervisor regarding scheduled and unscheduled repairs, maintenance, and cleaning requirements, ensuring vehicle registrations and airport permits remain valid.
• Deliver safe, reliable, and timely transportation services while maintaining high standards of customer service and professional driving performance.
• Maintain company grooming and appearance standards at all times.
  
  

Qualification

To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:

• Have 12 Years schooling or equivalent
• Have at least 3 years of heavy bus driving experience transporting employees/ passengers/ customers
• Have experience in Facilities / Maintenance Driver
• Hold a valid UAE heavy bus driving Licence
• Have knowledge of UAE road network, company buildings and accommodation and places of tourist interest
