Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Building Technician – Wynn Oasis to join the resort’s Wynn Oasis Engineering team.

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Conduct regular inspections of staff housing buildings to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on building systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural components.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and services.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Assist in renovation and improvement projects for staff housing facilities.
• Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
  
  

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in building maintenance or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in building maintenance or a similar role.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and operate maintenance tools and equipment.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
