About The Role
Job Purpose
As Brand, Product & Digital Marketing Manager Professional you will be part of the Regional Marketing team reporting to the Head of Marketing AME, in this role you will be responsible of the executional part of the Brand Activation, Product Marketing and Communications, Digital Marketing, Local events.
You will be the responsible in the region of the execution and implementation of the deferent plans for Bridgestone and Firestone Brand activation, ensuring the localization of the global brand platforms in full alignment with BSEMEA Marketing Guidelines and Regional strategic priorities.
In terms of Product activities, the scope will be both Consumer and Commercial products with strong focus on Product Power Awareness (internal and external).
This role will implement the digital marketing related activities in strong coordination with EMEA Digital Lead.
In this role, you will be responsible of the preparation and execution of all the regional marketing B2B/B2C related events (fairs, tradeshows…ect)
Responsibilities
KRA Title: Coordinate the implementation of Brand Activation platforms ensuring a consistent Brand message across all our marketing activities ( Time spent 20%)
- Support Head of Marketing AME on the execution of the Marketing Plan to support brand strategy and positioning based on EMEA and CoE guidelines.
- Boost BS & FS Brand Power (Awareness, Affinity and Purchase Intention) thru Brand Activation Platforms, implementing the proper execution plan (B2C/B2B/B2E) and continuous development of new opportunities.
- Ensure and be the local “guardian” of a consistent brand message and image, in line with EMEA brand guidelines, across all company and channel activities
- Implement locally the Global Brands Identity with primarily focus on positioning BS as a Leader in Mobility Solutions and Exploit the brand heritage and values of FS brand.
- Coordinate Prestige OEM local activations in strong coordination with HQ brand team.
KPI: OB/MTP KPI’s
KRA Title: Implement Product Marketing strategy and plan focused on increasing Product Power both for Consumer & Commercial Products (Time spent 20%):
- Localize all HQ Product Marketing Materials in strong coordination with business related roles.
- Coordination and execution of new/hero/strategic products launching plans at local level including launch events, Roadshows, etc.
- Execute Hero products paid media marketing plan (Online & Offline) in full coordination with Head of Marketing AME and HQ Business Marketing.
- Coordinate together with BU, Marketing & Communication team PR launches, presentations, conferences and articles.
KPI: OB26 KPI’s
KRA Title: Implementation of digital marketing strategy both for Consumer and Commercial (Time spent 20%):
- Implement and support the digital marketing plan in collaboration with Head of Marketing AME and BSEMEA Digital Lead.
- Localize digital content and websites, including the development of landing pages to support brand and business initiatives.
- Work together with both local and central agencies to ensure consistent execution of local digital campaigns and initiatives.
- Monitor digital performance through analytics and provide actionable insights through detailed reporting
- Collaborate and contribute on the execution of the marketing automation strategy in collaboration with the BSEMEA Digital Lead and Trade Marketing team.
KPI: OB/MTP KPI’s
KRA Title: Planning, coordination and execution of B2B and B2C regional events, ensuring a premium experience that aligns with brand values and strategic priorities (Time spent 20%):
- Organize and coordinate all local events to ensure alignment with brand and image policies, fostering a consistent and high-quality representation of the brand.
- Scope of the role covers both Consumer and Commercial BUs and Internal and External target audiences.
- Events scope: Manage a wide range of local, regional and European activities including but not limited to: (trade shows, press events, product launches, driving experiences, end-user events, dealers incentive trips, sponsorship events, hospitality , etc.).

Qualifications & Experience Required
Education
- University degree in Marketing & Communication or University degree in Business Management and Administration.
- Marketing and Communications achievements proved in automotive industry (not necessary tire business but preferable) or in FMCG.
Experience (years)
- Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in Marketing
Technical Skills
- Experience with ERP and BI systems (SAP is an advantage)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Understanding of pricing models and profitability analysis
Language Skills
- English: Excellent written & spoken
- Arabic as a plus
