Brand Head Educator – Hair Division (UAE)

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Brand Head Educator to lead the education strategy and technical excellence of our professional hair care brands across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand education strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
• Drive brand growth, market share, and sales performance through education-led initiatives.
• Act as the main liaison between global brand principals and local education teams.
• Train, coach, and develop educators while ensuring consistent education standards across markets.
• Support key accounts, salon chains, and strategic clients through impactful education programs.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Brand Management teams to support product launches and business growth.
• Monitor education effectiveness, educator productivity, and market performance to identify growth opportunities.
  
  

• 7+ years of experience in brand education, technical leadership, or professional education roles within the beauty industry.
• Strong technical expertise in professional hair care.
• Experience working with international brands and education programs.
• Excellent leadership, presentation, communication, and coaching skills.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to link education activities to business results.
