Job Description

Define and evolve brand positioning, storytelling, and guidelines to reflect a premium dining and curated beverage experience.
Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to align menus, presentation, and seasonal innovations with the brand vision.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns, digital storytelling, influencer partnerships, and experiential activations.
Monitor brand performance through guest feedback, market trends, and campaign analytics to drive ROI.
Prepare strategic reports and lead initiatives that enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and repeat visits.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field; Masters degree is a plus.
Strong experience in brand and general management within premium dining, hospitality, or beverage sectors.
Strong understanding of luxury dining trends, customer experience, and digital marketing strategies.
Creative, analytical, and collaborative professional with strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
