Brand Evangelist

The Brand Evangelist is the face, voice, and living expression of the GRID brand experience.

This role is designed to immerse clients, brokers, and investors into the GRID legacy, its philosophy of thoughtful design, concept-to-keys approach, craftsmanship, and long-term vision.

Much like a curator in a luxury art gallery who narrates the story behind each masterpiece, the Brand Evangelist guides every visitor through the emotion, inspiration, and meaning behind GRID developments, transforming visits into memorable brand journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Experiential Brand Hosting

• Welcome and host clients, brokers, investors, and partners in the Sales Gallery and brand spaces
  
• Deliver immersive walkthroughs of:
  
• GRID brand philosophy & legacy
  
• Concept-to-Keys (DLM) approach
  
• Design inspiration, craftsmanship & thoughtful planning behind each project
  
• Create a luxury hospitality-level experience for every visitor
  

2. Brand Storytelling & Emotional Engagement

• Narrate each project as a story — not a product
  
• Explain:
  
• Design inspirations (architecture, interiors, lifestyle vision)
  
• Unique project differentiators
  
• Long-term value and thought process behind every development
  
• Position GRID as a premium, trustworthy, visionary development partner
  

3. Feedback & Brand Intelligence

• Capture visitor sentiments, expectations, and perceptions
  
• Share insights with Marketing & Leadership to continuously refine brand experience
