Brand Engagement Manager | Emirati Talent

Role Summary

Drive commercially focused partner campaigns for the SHOP platform by planning, developing, and executing brand collaborations, offers, and content. Work cross-functionally with media, sales, and marketing teams to deliver campaigns, manage stakeholders, and ensure timely launches, while tracking performance, engagement, ROI, and identifying optimization and partnership opportunities.

ROLE PROFILE

• Drive planning and execution of partner-led brand campaigns and commercial initiatives across the SHOP platform
• Develop campaign proposals, pitch decks, and commercial packages aligned to partner objectives
• Collaborate with media, sales, marketing, and digital teams to deliver integrated campaigns
• Manage partner relationships, aligning on campaign goals, timelines, and deliverables
• Curate offers, content, and member experiences to drive engagement and relevance
• Oversee campaign execution and go-to-market activities, ensuring timely and quality delivery
• Track and analyse campaign performance, engagement, ROI, and media sales outcomes
• Conduct market research and identify new partnership opportunities, maintaining a strong collaboration pipeline
  
  

• 3+ years’ experience in marketing, campaign management, or brand partnerships
• Strong experience in managing integrated campaigns, offers, or promotional initiatives
• Ability to build commercial proposals, campaigns, and partner collaboration models
• Proven stakeholder management skills, working across internal teams and external partners
• Experience in campaign performance tracking, reporting, and driving ROI/engagement metrics
• Fluent in English and Arabic, with strong communication and project management skills
