Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Brand Coordinator to join our Home Division team. In this role, you will be pivotal in supporting the brand team's efforts to enhance and uphold our brand’s image and reputation in the marketplace. You will be responsible for coordinating communication between various departments and external partners, ensuring brand consistency across all channels, and assisting in the execution of marketing strategies. Your creativity, organizational skills, and knowledge of brand marketing will contribute significantly to developing engaging campaigns that resonate with our target audience. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for the brand.
  • Coordinate communication between marketing, sales, and product development teams.
  • Maintain brand standards across all marketing materials, ensuring consistency.
  • Support the creation and distribution of internal and external brand communications.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Monitor brand performance metrics and compile reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with external partners, including agencies, to enhance brand exposure.
  • Plan and execute promotional events to increase product awareness and customer engagement.
  • Manage the brand’s online presence, including social media and other digital platforms.
  • Assist with the budgeting and financial tracking for branding activities and campaigns.
  • Develop content for marketing collateral, including brochures, emails, and newsletters.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all branding efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in brand coordination or related role required.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Experience with social media management and digital marketing platforms preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with graphic design software.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable brand strategies.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high regard for accuracy in all tasks.
