Branch Supervisor

We are seeking an energetic and responsible Branch Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Kids Amusement Play Area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage and support play area staff.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children and families.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Monitor attendance, scheduling, and staff performance.
• Support sales initiatives and achieve branch targets.
• Maintain operational reports and compliance with company standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in entertainment, retail, hospitality, or family recreation centers.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage teams and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to work on Microsoft Office applications.
• Can work in shifts
• Candidates with prior experience in well-established retail companies e.g. H&M, Zara or equivalent brands will be preferred.
