Job Description

The Role

As a Book Keeper / Payments Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions and maintaining accurate financial records. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure timely processing of payments and reconciliation of accounts.

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks
Process payments and invoices
Reconcile bank statements and accounts
Prepare financial reports and summaries
Assist in budgeting and forecasting
Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes

Ideal Profile:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and finance, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

Experience in bookkeeping
Familiarity with accounting software
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Problem-solving abilities

Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
