Job Description

• Maintain Customer satisfaction above benchmark.
• Work towards achieving business financial targets.
• Prepare repair estimates within the stipulated time and submit to insurance for approval.
• Understand body shop business model and able to convert estimates to the required additional slab/job avoiding loss.
• Coordinate and build rapport with insurance surveyors for smooth operation.
• Follow-up with workshop team and maintain promised deliveries.
• Maintain communication with customers and keep customer satisfaction standards.
• Plan according to Customer Appointment /Scheduling
• Sales and Upselling
• Job Card Management
• Customer Communication / follow-up and quotation approval.
• Quality Assurance
• Coordinate active vehicle delivery.
• Follow-up post service and improve customer relationship.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Accident estimates preparation skills with the support of productive team.
• Foresee the extent of damage during inspection and prepare estimate correctly in the first instant without mistakes.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
