Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain blasting equipment and painting tools to ensure optimal performance.
• Mix paints and coatings according to specifications to achieve desired finish and protective qualities.

• Coordinate with project managers and team members to meet project timelines and quality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with additional technical training is preferred.
• At least two years of experience in blasting and industrial painting roles.
• Strong knowledge of surface preparation techniques and coating application methods.
• Proficiency in using various blasting equipment and painting tools effectively and safely.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, paint specifications, and safety guidelines.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to handle heavy equipment and work in demanding conditions.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work standards.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to different project sites as necessary.
