Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced BIM Modeler to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing building information models that provide a digital representation of the physical and functional characteristics of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed BIM models using software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and coordinated models.
- Produce detailed drawings and construction documents from BIM models.
- Conduct clash detection and resolution to ensure design integrity and minimize errors.
- Assist in the preparation of quantity take-offs and cost estimates from BIM models.
- Ensure all BIM models adhere to established standards and protocols.
- Support project teams with BIM-related tasks and provide training as necessary.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative and efficient modeling techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a BIM Modeler.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of building construction methods, materials, and standards.
- Excellent technical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with clash detection and coordination processes.
- Knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations is a plus.
