Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesBIM Modeling & CoordinationDevelop accurate and detailed 3D MEP models (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) using Autodesk Revit and other BIM tools.Prepare coordinated MEP shop drawings, builders’ work drawings, and as-built models.Review design drawings, specifications, and BIM execution plans to ensure correct implementation.Perform clash detection using Navisworks and coordinate solutions with multidisciplinary teams.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.6-15 years of experience as a BIM Modeler (MEP), ideally in the UAE.Proven experience working on high-rise towers and large residential developments.Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks Manage.
