BIM Modeler - Electrical

Key Responsibilities:Develop detailed Electrical BIM models (Power, Lighting, ELV, Fire Alarm, Earthing & Lightning Protection) using Revit MEP.Prepare LOD 300-400 models as per project requirements.Coordinate electrical models with Architectural, Structural, and other MEP disciplines.Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks and participate in coordination meetings.Produce shop drawings, layouts, sections, schedules, and as-built drawings.Ensure compliance with UAE authorities’ regulations (DEWA/ADDC/SEWA, Civil Defence, etc.).Update models based on site conditions, RFIs, and consultant comments.Maintain BIM standards, templates, and project documentation.Support BIM coordinators and project teams during design and construction stages.Requirements & Qualifications:Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field.Minimum 4-8 years of experience as a BIM Modeler - Electrical.Mandatory experience in high-rise residential/commercial tower projects in the UAE.Proficient in Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD.
