Job Description

We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeler – Architecture with solid experience in developing accurate and coordinated architectural BIM models for construction projects. The ideal candidate will support design and project teams by preparing high-quality models, drawings, and documentation in line with project standards and timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed architectural BIM models using Revit in accordance with project requirements and LOD standards.

Prepare shop drawings, detailed drawings, and as-built drawings based on approved designs.

Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines to ensure clash-free deliverables.

Participate in clash detection and coordination meetings, addressing issues and implementing revisions.
