BIM Modeler - Architecture

Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage architectural BIM models using Revit and other BIM tools.Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Structural, MEP, and Design) to ensure model accuracy and integration.Prepare detailed drawings, schedules, and documentation as required.Maintain BIM standards and ensure compliance with project-specific requirements.Support design teams in implementing BIM workflows and resolving model-related issues.Assist in clash detection, model updates, and design revisions.

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.3-7 years of experience as a BIM Modeler (Architecture) in the UAE.Proven experience working on high-rise construction projects.Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and related BIM software.Strong coordination, technical detailing, and communication skills.Familiarity with BIM standards and project execution plans.
