BIM Architecture Engineer

Role Purpose

Provide Technical support for construction purpose for technical engineering works of BIM and Draughtman

• Prepare the project drawing in CIVIL 3D as per BIM requirements
• Prepare the BIM management plan along with the senior engineer complying with the Client requirements
• Make the clash analysis for all the infrastructure utilities network
• Assist Technical Engineer to prepare shop drawing log as per project schedule.
• Prepare / review all shop drawing for submissions with clash analysis.
• Update shop drawing as per latest design/revised IFC drawing.

• Coordinate infrastructure drawings with road levels and setting-out, right of way and house connections arrangement to finalize the shop drawings.

• Assist senior Engineer to Review / Coordinate with subcontractors to submit the  shop drawings and the target submission dates.
• Identify any missing information and clashes and propose the solutions.
• Assist Senior Engineer to coordinate with other departments for variation of the new design drawings.
• Manage draughtsman in term of productivity and quality.
• Prepare / Review As-Built drawing for submissions.

• Ensure that all established HSE & Quality policies are administered and enforced in all areas.
• Report all violations and resolved on time
• Effective implementation of HSE Management system as per HSE procedures

• Bachelor’s degree in architectural or civil engineering.
• Minimum 3 to 4 years significant Industrial, commercial, residential construction experience,
• 2 years’ work experience in Gulf companies engaged in the field of road and infrastructure construction.
• With competence in Construction Management skills, motivated, has strong leadership, able to encourage subordinates and other work groups to work as a team.   
• With knowledge of authority’s specifications and standard.
• Excellent technical background and skills in infrastructure and roads works.   
• Able to control a multi‐national workforce in a dynamic situation.
• Possess negotiation and influence skills, innovative, creative thinker, flexible and excellent organizer.

Has excellent oral & written communication in English and interpersonal skills.
