BIE Engineer- UAE National

Description

Support the Ultra-Fast Grocery team by publishing accurate and timely reports and dashboards for weekly business reviews. Streamline and automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. Partner with Business Analysts, BI Engineers, and Program Managers to understand data requirements and support clean, well-documented data pipelines, while maintaining strong operational discipline and clear ownership.

Key job responsibilities

• Assist with publishing reports/dashboards for the Ultra fast grocery team
• Streamline reporting mechanisms & focus on automating models
• Support stakeholders-partner with Business Analysts, BI Engineers, and PMs to understand data needs; deliver clean, documented, raw data pipelines; maintain clear boundaries around pipeline ownership and scope.
• Maintain operational excellence- ensure reports are published on time for weekly reviews
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or Master's degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources or related field
• Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis, or experience developing financial models in Excel with advanced functions (pivot tables, macros, VBA, Power Query)
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using SQL to pull data and metrics to deliver reports
