We Can Offer You The Following Tasks

  • Managing the full bid lifecycle for PrimeServ Industrial tenders across the MEA region, ensuring timely, competitive, and compliant submissions.
  • Analyzing tender documents, customer specifications, and contractual requirements to identify risks, obligations, and opportunities.
  • Coordinating with technical, sales, finance, and commercial teams to develop accurate scope descriptions, costing, and solution offerings.
  • Preparing and structuring high-quality technical and commercial proposals that align with Everllence standards and customer expectations.
  • Leading bid review meetings, evaluation sessions, risk assessments, and internal approval workflows.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal governance processes, pricing frameworks, and approval guidelines.
  • Conducting thorough analysis of project risks, commercial terms, and execution requirements.
  • Maintaining standardized proposal templates, reference libraries, and documentation to enhance efficiency and consistency.
  • Supporting Sales teams during customer discussions, clarifications, or negotiations when needed.
  • Tracking bid outcomes, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing continuous improvement measures across the bid process.

You Can Help With The Following Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial) or a similar field.
  • Several years of experience in bid management, tendering, or proposals—preferably within industrial services, energy solutions, or engineering environments.
  • Familiarity with regional markets, customer requirements, and industry practices across the MEA region.
  • Experience in project management, risk evaluation, commercial assessments, or similar areas in an international company.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills to interpret technical specifications, cost structures, and commercial terms.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Results-oriented working style with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to cooperate and work in a cross-functional team environment; intercultural sensitivity is essential.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is desirable. Knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with CRM or tendering tools is an asset.
  • Willingness to travel within the region when required.
