BI Consultant
Job Scope
The Business Intelligence (BI) Consultant is responsible for developing and implementing the company business intelligence systems, analyzing data, evaluating existing systems and testing new ones.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Test, implement and document BI systems
- Evaluate existing data-collecting and analytics systems
- Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms
- Analyze big data to discover trends and patterns
- Translate business needs into technical specifications
- Establish procedures for data sharing with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure the use of accurate and secure methods to extract data
- Use data visualization techniques to present information
- Provide feedback and assistance to other employees based on research
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of all data, information and documents used in BI operations
Education
BSc in Computer Science, CCE or relevant field
Experience
At least 7 years of relevant experience
