About The Role
As a Bellman you will be the service rock stars of our hotel! You will perform the daily Front Services activities primarily tasked in providing all hotel guests & patrons with highly efficient and detail luggage service, directions, greeting, property information, porte cochere assistance and in room orientation and general tasks. The Bellman with ensure all tasks and luggage needs are delivered or collected and stored accurately and promptly in every interaction. Though skillfully trained, your job it will be to blow away the customer and be pro-active in promoting hotel experiences and offerings. The Bellman is responsible for creating thrilling guest experiences and acts as an invaluable ambassador of SIRO One Zaabeel.
About You
It is essential that you have previous experience within a five-star hotel or resort environment or alternatively, prior work history in Front Office, Guest Relations, Club Lounge, or similar luxury service environment. Immaculate personal presentation, enthusiasm, immaculate grooming and a higher than average physical fitness level is essential in this role along with a fluency in English is mandatory. Additional languages are desirable.
