Bell Attendant Pre-Opening Hotel

We are looking for a Bell Attendant to join our team at a pre-opening hotel in one of Deira’s most vibrant locations. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming first impression for guests, assisting with luggage, guest inquiries, and contributing to a smooth and memorable stay. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team shaping the guest experience from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression from arrival to departure.
• Assist guests with luggage, escorting them to and from rooms during check-in and check-out.
• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions, keeping up-to-date with changes and events.
• Manage messages, mail, and packages, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Distribute newspapers and other guest items as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional concierge desk and storage areas.
• Monitor guest profiles using the Opera Guest Profile system to personalize service.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards in line with company policies.
  
  

• Previous experience in a similar role in pre-opening hotels is preferred.
