Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, driven, and dynamic Luxury Beauty Boutique Manager to oversee the daily operations of our prestigious standalone beauty boutique in UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering unparalleled customer experience, managing all aspects of retail operations, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring the boutique operates efficiently while upholding the luxury brand image.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Experience & Sales Leadership :
  • Provide exceptional, personalized service to every client, creating memorable, luxurious experiences.
  • Drive and exceed sales targets by inspiring your team to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, promoting brand loyalty through expert product recommendations and follow-up.
  • Boutique Operations Management :
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the boutique, ensuring smooth execution and premium service at all times.
  • Manage store opening and closing procedures, ensuring security, product organization, and cleanliness.
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure the boutique reflects the brands luxury aesthetic and maximizes product visibility.
  • Oversee inventory management, including stock organization, ordering, and stock levels, ensuring timely and efficient replenishment.
  • Team Leadership & Development :
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of beauty advisors, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and accountability.
  • Identify training needs within the team and liaise with regional education team on training program
  • Provide coaching, and support to enhance staff skills, knowledge, and performance.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, set clear goals, and create development plans for team members.
  • Marketing & Brand Representation :
  • Ensure the boutique aligns with the brands values and guidelines
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute in-store events and product launches.
  • Stay up to date with beauty industry trends, and actively promote new products and brand stories to clients.
  • Financial & Administrative Oversight :
    • Manage daily sales performance, financial reports, and operational costs to meet or exceed budget targets.
    • Monitor key metrics (sales, customer feedback, etc.) and make data-driven decisions to drive success.
    • Ensure accuracy in all financial transactions, including cash handling, invoicing, and reporting.
    • Compliance & Health & Safety :
      • Maintain a clean, safe, and secure environment for both clients and staff, following all health and safety protocols.
      • Ensure compliance with all company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in retail management, ideally in the luxury beauty or fashion sector.
    • Strong leadership and people management skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
    • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build relationships and provide personalized experiences.
    • Passion for luxury beauty products and a strong understanding of skincare, cosmetics, and beauty trends.
    • Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and financials.
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
    • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.

    Desired Skills

    • Experience with retail management software and CRM systems.
    • Fluent in multiple languages is a plus (Arabic is a must)
    • A strong understanding of luxury retail standards and customer expectations.
    • Experience in managing a Beauty Store or Boutique is preferred
    • Experience in the UAE market is preferred
