Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Greet and engage with customers, offering personalized recommendations based on their beauty needs and preferences.
• Listen to customers' concerns and provide expert guidance on skincare, nailcare, haircare, and hair gadgets.
• Offer product demonstrations and samples to help customers make informed decisions.
  
  

• Achieve and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Stay updated on promotions and ensure attractive product displays.
  
  

• Keep up with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.
• Gain deep knowledge of the brand's products, features, and benefits.
• Educate customers on product use, techniques, and aftercare.
  
  

• Maintain an organized and fully stocked product display.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.
• Assist with restocking and merchandising.
  
  

• Build long-term customer relationships to encourage loyalty.
