Beauty Advisor

We’re looking for a Beauty Advisor who genuinely loves beauty, enjoys talking to people, and knows how to create a great shopping experience for every customer.

In this role, you’ll help customers discover the right products, share beauty tips, explain product benefits, and make sure every customer feels welcomed, understood, and well taken care of.

What you’ll do:

• Greet customers warmly and help them find the right beauty products based on their needs
• Recommend and demonstrate products, explaining their benefits and how to use them
• Stay up to date with beauty trends, new launches, and product knowledge
• Provide friendly, helpful, and honest advice to customers
• Support the team with stock replenishment and keeping the store area neat and attractive
• Achieve personal and store sales targets while delivering excellent customer service
• Take part in trainings and product knowledge sessions to keep growing your beauty expertise

What we’re looking for:

• Fluency in English
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or beauty
• Interest in beauty products, trends, and skincare/makeup techniques
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, confident personality
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to build good relationships
• Sales-driven attitude and motivation to achieve results
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends
