As a Beauty Advisor, you will be the face and voice of our beauty brand, responsible for building relationships with customers and helping them discover, select, and purchase beauty products that best fit their needs. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of products, including skincare, makeup, haircare, and fragrance, providing personalized advice to each customer. Your expertise in the beauty industry and your passion for helping others will be critical in ensuring that our customers leave satisfied and with the right products to enhance their beauty regimen. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their product inquiries and choices.
• Assess customers' needs to provide personalized beauty advice and product recommendations.
• Keep up to date with the latest beauty trends and product launches.
• Demonstrate products on customers to assist them in selecting suitable items.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing display of products and testers.
• Conduct makeup applications, skincare consultations, and fragrance promotions as required.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clientele to encourage repeat business.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and metrics.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve product knowledge and skills.
• Provide feedback to management on popular and low-performing products.
• Ensure that all product and promotional signage is accurate and current.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification in a related field is necessary.
• Proven work experience as a Beauty Advisor or similar retail role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the latest beauty products, trends, and techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse customer profiles.
• Capacity to handle multiple customers simultaneously and provide quality service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods during the workday in a retail environment.
