About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Beach Attendant – Pool Services to join the resort’s Pool Services team.

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Set up and maintain beach loungers, umbrellas, towels, and other amenities throughout the day.
• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements and special requests.
• Ensure the beach area is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Monitor guest activity and report any safety concerns or incidents to the supervisor.
• Provide towels, water, and other amenities promptly and courteously.
• Support lifeguards and pool services team in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Assist with beachside events, cabana services, and VIP guest arrangements as needed.
• Ensure qualitative Forbes Five-Star standards are delivered.
• Maintain inventory of beach supplies and report replenishment needs.
• Uphold hygiene and safety standards in all guest-facing areas.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve minor issues with professionalism and care.
  
  

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in hospitality, recreation, or guest services preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in a physically active role.
• Team-oriented with a proactive and service-focused attitude.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
