Job Description

Were looking for a proactive professional BD P2P to drive the growth of our P2P business by building strong partnerships with merchants and expanding into new regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Search for and attract reliable P2P merchants (traders) to work on the EMCD platform.
  • Negotiate and close deals with key partners, ensuring long-term collaboration.
  • Analyze and develop new markets (APAC, CIS, LATAM, etc.) to expand the P2P business.
  • Organize and oversee P2P partnerships, including promotions, bonuses, and marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to attract users and increase trading volumes.
  • Monitor liquidity metrics and ensure the competitiveness of offers on the platform.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in BD or partnership program management within P2P.
  • Understanding of P2P platform mechanics and the specifics of working with traders.
  • Strong negotiation skills with business owners and large-scale merchants.
  • Existing network of contacts in the P2P/crypto field is a plus.
  • Fluent in Russian and English (additional languages are an advantage).
