We’re looking for a BD Intern – Instructional Design to join in Dubai or remotely —a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn how digital learning solutions are developed, structured, and delivered through real, hands-on experience.

What You’ll Get To Learn And Experience

This internship will give you exposure to the full journey of creating an e-learning course. You’ll have the chance to:

• Learn how to design and structure e-learning modules from concept to completion
• Understand how instructional designers create storyboards, scripts, and learning flows
• Gain hands-on experience in developing interactive and engaging digital learning content
• Support in building and uploading courses into Learning Management Systems (LMS) and understand how learner progress is tracked
• Learn how quizzes, assessments, and knowledge checks are designed to reinforce learning
• Explore how content is adapted for better user experience and learner engagement
• Work with subject matter experts to understand how technical knowledge is translated into learning content
• Experience how digital learning content is organized, documented, and maintained in structured programs
