Position SummaryWe are hiring Basketball Instructors in Austin to deliver high‑quality, personalized lessons to beginner and intermediate basketball. This role is ideal for experienced coaches or passionate basketball seeking flexible, part‑time or full‑time work with full control over rates and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess student goals and create individualized lesson plans.
• Teach core basketball skills: paddling, balance, stance, wave selection, timing, safety, and ocean awareness.
• Use progressive drills, video feedback, and clear communication to drive improvement and retention.
