Role Overview
Prepare and serve premium beverages while delivering an elegant guest experience. Maintain high presentation standards, product knowledge, and efficient bar operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare classic and signature cocktails with consistency and precision
- Recommend beverages and upsell premium spirits and wines
- Engage guests professionally while maintaining refined etiquette
- Ensure bar setup, cleanliness, and stock readiness
- Follow recipes, portion control, and hygiene standards
- Coordinate drink timing with restaurant service flow
- 2–4 years experience in upscale bar or restaurant
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar equipment
- Good English communication skills
- Well-groomed and guest-focused personality
