About The Role

As a Bartender - All Day Dining, you will support the daily operations of the bar and beverage service, ensuring exceptional quality in the preparation and presentation of beverages. With a passion for hospitality and guest engagement, you will help create memorable dining experiences while maintaining the highest standards of service, cleanliness, safety, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages in line with guest requirements and brand standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Maintain the cleanliness, stock levels, supplies, and equipment to support smooth daily operations.
• Deliver exceptional guest service by anticipating needs, responding promptly, and providing beverage recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and beverage handling standards, including proper storage and inventory management.
• Work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming atmosphere and achieve operational and guest satisfaction goals.
  
  

About You

• Minimum 1–2 years of bartending experience in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
• Diploma in Hospitality Management or an equivalent qualification.
• Good knowledge of beverages, spirits, cocktails, wines.
• Outgoing, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong English communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
