Barista Bartender

We are looking for an enthusiastic, skilled, and customer-focused Barista and Bartender to join our hospitality team in Dubai.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and organized service area, handling customer orders, and providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of beverage preparation, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy café, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment.

Depending on the establishment, the role may involve preparing specialty coffees, teas, fresh juices, mocktails, cocktails, and other beverages in accordance with company standards and applicable licensing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Beverage Preparation and Service

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, espresso-based beverages, juices, smoothies, mocktails, and other menu beverages.
  
• Prepare cocktails and alcoholic beverages where the establishment is appropriately licensed and the employee is authorized to do so.
  
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other beverage preparation equipment.
  
• Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines.
  
• Maintain consistency in beverage quality, taste, and appearance.
  
• Ensure beverages are prepared and served promptly.
  
• Monitor beverage ingredients and maintain freshness and quality.
  
• Assist customers with beverage selections and recommendations.
  
• Customize beverage orders according to customer preferences and dietary requirements where possible.
  
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and available promotions.
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  
• Certificate or training in Barista Skills, Bartending, Hospitality, or Food & Beverage Service is an advantage.
  
• Food safety or hygiene training is beneficial.
