Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the barista station at all times.

• Stay informed about menu items to address customer queries effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during high traffic periods.
• Monitor inventory levels and report needs to management promptly.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, tools, and work areas regularly, as needed.
• Provide suggestions to improve service quality based on customer feedback.
• Adhere to all food safety and quality regulations during beverage preparation.
• Train new staff members on beverage preparation and customer service practices.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Barista or in a hospitality role preferred.
