About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, water features, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Bar Manager - Catering & Banquets to join the resort’s Food & Beverage team.

The Primary Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Are

• Oversee all bar operations for banquet events, including setup, service, and breakdown.
• Ensure all beverage service meets Wynn brand standards and event specifications
• Develop and maintain beverage menus, specialty cocktails, and event‑specific offerings.
• Conduct quality checks during events to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and supervise bartenders and bar support staff.
• Conduct pre‑event briefings to communicate service expectations and event details.
• Manage beverage inventory, ordering, and stock rotation.
• Monitor consumption patterns and ensure accurate requisitions for each event.
• Collaborate with Catering & Events teams to understand beverage requirements for each function.
• Recommend beverage selections and pairings for menus and special events.
• Ensure compliance with Wynn policies, HACCP standards, and local health regulations.
• Maintain bar areas in pristine conditions, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Coordinate with Catering, Banquets, and Culinary teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Maintain proper bar mise‑en‑place, equipment readiness, and cleanliness.
• Develop and maintain beverage menus, specialty cocktails, and event‑specific offerings.
• Conduct quality checks during events to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensure all bar setups reflect event themes, guest expectations, and Wynn standards.
  
  

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Minimum 4–6 years of bar or beverage leadership experience, preferably in luxury hotels or high‑end events.
• Strong mixology skills and extensive beverage knowledge (spirits, wines, cocktails).
• Experience managing bar operations for large‑scale events or banquets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and guest‑service skills.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in cost control and inventory management.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to effectively engage and communicate with all levels of management.
