About The Role

As a Bar Captain, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional beverage service and memorable guest experiences. You will support the daily operations of the bar, supervise and motivate team members, maintain high service standards, and work closely with the Food & Beverage leadership team to deliver operational excellence and guest satisfaction. This role requires a hands-on leader who can confidently oversee service, guide colleagues, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the bar and ensure smooth, efficient service delivery.
• Lead, motivate, and support the team to maintain exceptional service standards and guest experiences.
• Interact with guests, handle requests and concerns professionally, and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
• Monitor bar setup, cleanliness, stock levels, and service readiness throughout operations.
• Work closely with the kitchen, stewarding, and other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Support training, inventory control, and adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  
  

About You

• Passionate about Food & Beverage and committed to delivering memorable guest experiences.
• A confident team player with strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Enjoys interacting with guests and creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere.
• Has solid knowledge of bar operations, beverage service, and hospitality standards.
• Preferably has experience in a luxury bar, restaurant, or 5-star international hotel in a similar role.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates excellent attention to detail and professionalism.
