We are seeking a detail-oriented Banner Printing Specialist to produce high-quality indoor and outdoor banners. The role involves operating large-format printers, preparing print files, selecting appropriate materials, and finishing banners through cutting, hemming, eyeletting, and mounting. The ideal candidate ensures color accuracy, print quality, timely delivery, and proper equipment maintenance while following safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain large-format printing equipment

• Prepare, inspect, and adjust print files for production

• Print, trim, finish, and install banners as required

• Perform quality checks for color, alignment, and durability

• Manage materials, inks, and job timelines efficiently

Requirements:

• Experience in large-format or banner printing

• Knowledge of print materials, inks, and finishing techniques

• Basic understanding of design files and color management
