  • Participate actively in sales meetings, training sessions, and seminars.
  • Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies and procedures.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams for product improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
  • Proven sales experience in the banking industry or a similar sector.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success.
  • Ability to understand and analyze financial data to drive solutions.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM software for managing client data.
  • Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to close sales effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing sales environments and product lines.
