Candidate Profile

Applicants should ideally possess:

• Experience in UAE banking sales

• Experience in Personal Loans and/or Credit Cards

• Strong communication and relationship management skills

• A customer-focused approach with a results-driven mindset

• The ability to work in a target-oriented environment

• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

Previous leadership experience is preferred for Team Leader positions.
