Job Description

As a Banking Sales Executive specializing in Personal Loans, you will be an integral part of our dynamic sales team focused on promoting and selling personal loan products to individual clients. Your role will involve understanding clients' financial needs and guiding them through the loan process. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales and a deep understanding of financial products, enabling them to craft personalized solutions for clients. Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients through lead generation strategies and networking.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to offer tailored personal loan solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of personal loan products and benefits.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust.
  • Prepare and process loan applications while ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Manage client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and approval of loans.
  • Monitor market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the banking or financial sector.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, particularly personal loans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client rapport.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and general computer applications is necessary.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client concerns effectively.
