Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Banking Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and focus on promoting our Personal Loan products. As a Banking Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing relationships, and achieving sales targets for our personal loans. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of loan products and a deep knowledge of banking sales principles and strategies. You will work closely with both new and existing customers to provide exceptional service and ensure client satisfaction while driving growth in our lending portfolio. This role is pivotal for meeting our revenue goals and enhancing customer experiences by offering tailored loan solutions that meet individual financial needs.


Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet personal loan targets.
  • Identifying and connecting with potential clients to expand the customer base.
  • Maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships to promote product upsell.
  • Conducting thorough needs analyses to tailor personal loan solutions for clients.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Providing comprehensive loan information and related services to prospective clients.
  • Ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal policies in all sales activities.
  • Preparing detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management review.
  • Hosting and participating in networking events to enhance market presence and sales outcomes.
  • Offering training and guidance to junior sales staff to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Utilizing CRM software to track client interactions and manage sales pipelines effectively.
  • Following up with clients post-loan approval to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
  • Strong understanding of personal loan products and their market positioning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently and meet established sales targets consistently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools and technology.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills for timely and accurate reporting.
